как минимум нужно убить (Stop, затем в Disabled) следующее:

Distributed Link Tracking Client
IPSEC Policy Agent
Remote Registry Service
Остальное зависит от конфигурации компа, какие функции он выполняет. Например, если принтера нет - надо убить Print Spooler итп.

DNS Server - нафига он?
Messenger - по желанию (отвечает за net send)
RunAs - Если не запускаешь программы от имени других пользователей
Server - по желанию
Task Sheduler - если не пользуешься

а где тут днс-сервер?
