Это они пиздят! Кармак тоже обещал. К тому времени как они ее выпустят им оптимизировать особо не захочется.
Требования, конечно, злые. Но не очень. Гиг памяти завсегда лишним не будет.
Лучше уж пусть так игровая индустрия развивается, чем под Х-бокс игрушки уродует (типа как thief 3).

You may also want to make sure that the system specs in your profile (as well as all other info) are up-to-date.
These are the current minimum specs. Though they are hefty, they reflect an early version, and will drop significantly for the final version, and may even drop for beta, though these should be considered a guideline for whether your machine will run the beta version:
