мб поможет. если нет - то сборку isee в папке just downloaded plugins файлик icq.dll

От профайла тоже не зависит (пробовали создавать новый).

Hi all,
recently a serious bug was found causing ICQ to not receive messages properly. Newest testing builds already contain a fix for this problem. But to provide fixed version also for older stable branches of Miranda I decided to release also a bugfix release. Please note: This bugfix release is not based on new development branch, so does not expect it to contain any new features. Brand new release with many improvements will follow in a month or so.
Development builds can be downloaded from my page.
