Second, you can go to psychiatrist and tell him you're mad.

Кликаешь правой кнопкой мыши на иконке "Мой компьютер" --> Свойства --> Вкладка "Восстановление системы". Там выбираешь либо "Отключить восстановление системы на всех дисках", либо жмешь на кнопку "Параметры" и уменьшаешь дисковую квоту для бекапов системы.
