Вот тебе раз. Про ErWin знаю, хотел написать, что он дорогой, но, зайдя на сайт, увидел, что есть Community Edition. Класс! Спасибо!
Сам тоже люблю на бумаге нарисовать, но когда встает задача схему сохранить и автоматически получить из нее скрипт для создания, тогда и нужен инструмент.

2. (a) If this Product is a Community Edition Product, the terms of this paragraph supersede
