Microsoft discontinued Proxy Server on March 31, 2001.
Why was Proxy Server discontinued?
The entire proxy server product category has gone the way of memory management utilities and standalone spell-checkers—it has become a feature in more comprehensive product offerings. Microsoft ISA Server includes a full-featured enterprise firewall and high-performance Web cache in addition to the functionality of Proxy Server.
Is there a Microsoft replacement for Proxy Server?

Can I still receive product support for Proxy Server?
