как посмотреть процентр загруженности диска и текущий page size?

Пытаюсь разобраться с производительносью. В доках пишут следующее:
1)All six disks were 99 percent busy, which resulted in slow performance for a data load process. In general, when a disk becomes 30 percent busy, you will begin to notice that performance is a bit slower. When a disk becomes 60 percent busy, performance becomes obviously slower.
— как можно проверить насколько загружены диски?
2) For optimal performance, the disk format should use a block size equal to the Express Server page size or an integer multiple of that size. For 32-bit Express Server, the page size is 4096 bytes. For 64-bit Express Server, the page size is 8192 bytes.
— как проверить equal или нет?

прочитать в fs(5).
